1st day – Opening

When arriving at Soma institute, you’ll be welcomed by the facilitators and meet other participants at the retreat. There will be an introduction, sharing and answer any questions you might have.

○ 4:00-6:00 PM – Welcome Circle Ceremony

○ 7:00-8:00 PM – Dinner

○ 8:00-9:00 PM – Instructions and preparation for the journey

2nd day – Journey

In the morning you will begin with a guided yoga practice followed by breakfast and a preparation practice of breathwork and guided relaxation. At 1pm you will begin the journey with the ingestion of psilocybin. The experience will last between 5 to 8 hours followed by a silent dinner.

As a rule, the retention periods for this are 10 years.
